In 2006 we created a groundbreaking website for Cornell's Department of Physics. By starting with the open-source software WordPress, we were able to make all of the website's pages editable using a web browser. We then added our own Knowledge Town Framework plug-in to manage the administration and display of specialized pages, such as news, events, and faculty pages. We also interviewed and photographed students and professors to create a series of "spotlights" that reveal the department's interests and personality to website visitors. visit this website
